siPOOL transfection optimization service

One siPOOL will be tested with various transfection reagents under different conditions to derive the optimal transfection conditions for that cell line.

Includes:
– transfection under varying conditions with up to 3 different methods that may include lipofection-, electroporation- or magenetic-based approaches.
– positive control siPOOL is used in a single cell line
– transfection efficiency is determined by phenotypic read-out (image/colourimetric-based) or by RNA quantification
– report with data and methods sent by email
