siPOOL species cross-reactivity check service

To validate if siPOOL is affecting gene orthologues (i.e. homologous gene found in different species), one siPOOL is tested in two different cell lines expressing species-specific form of gene.

Includes:
– transfection of siPOOL at 3 concentration with neg control siPOOL at 1 concentration in two cell lines
-RNA quantitation of both gene homologs
-report with data and methods sent by email
