siPOOL rescue sequence design service

Design of siPOOL rescue construct for use with a specified siPOOL against the target gene. Cloning sites to be avoided in the rescue constructs can be specified. Rescue constructs sequences will be transferred in electronic form. DNA synthesis of the rescue constructs is not included. Rescue sequences are used for secondary validation of siPOOL-mediated gene knock-down.
