siPOOL gene cross-reactivity check service

To validate if siPOOL is affecting the levels of a closely-related or paralogous gene, one siPOOL is tested and expression of two genes (target and paralog) are analyzed in same cell line.

Includes:
– transfection of siPOOL at 3 concentration with neg control siPOOL at 1 concentration in one cell line
– RNA quantitation of target and paralog gene levels
– report with data and methods sent by email
