siPOOL dose response optimization service

One siPOOL will be tested at various concentrations in a cell line to derive a dose response curve and optimal application concentration.

Includes:
-transfection of siPOOL at 7 concentrations and neg siPOOL at 1 concentration
– RNA isolation after 24h
– reverse transcription
– primer design
– rtqPCR to quantify RNA levels of target gene normalized to housekeeping gene
– report with methods and data sent by email
