h/m/r riboPOOL for RNA-Seq (high-quality RNA, RIN >7)
The h/m/r riboPOOL is an efficient rRNA depletion solution for high-quality RNA samples with a RIN value of 7 or higher. The h/m/r riboPOOL has been validated using high-quality human and mouse RNA by RNA-Seq. The h/m/r riboPOOL depleted rRNA with a 97%-98% efficiency without introducing a bias on transcriptional level. Therefore, the h/m/r riboPOOL is a reliable tool for rRNA depletion in human, mouse and rat samples with reproducible results.
